    Purpose of Position

    1) To ensure the sales regions achieve their targets while following the guidelines issued by the company
    2) To ensure sales organization structure and team-members match challenges and opportunities in the market and to develop strong Regional Sales Managers
    3) To ensure sufficient focus on new and strategic products
    4) To design and implement sales strategies by allocating of resources (personnel cost and capital investment) per hospital, setting up sales target to hospital; monitor the organization of promotion activities in hospital
    5) To drive implementation of Commercial Excellence mindset and tools

    Key Accountabilities

    1. National level sales
    - Net Sales to Dealers (NDS) and In Market Sales (IMS)
    2. Team and Talents Management
    -Carry out assessments of the RSM's and DSM's, cooperate with HR for the talents selection in the field to ensure the high efficient workforces in the field;
    -Create a high-performance culture and engaging work environment that motivate potentials to plan a long-term career with Molnlycke and develop qualified talent pipelines to meet requests of team growth and change;
    3. Sales strategy and analysis
    -Develop and recommend direct short and long-term business plan and sales strategies, within the context of overall corporate policies and objectives;
    -Actively search and recognize business opportunities related to the long-term vision and the growth agenda;
    -Actively monitor market share and industry trends;
    4. Sales and listing targets assigned to specific products or product groups, hereunder New Product Launches
    5. Sales force productivity
    - Drive productivity improvements in line with agreed and approved plans for China
    6. Commercial Excellence
    - Participate in design of and drive implementation and daily usage of Commercial excellence mindset and tools
    7. Distributors and Commercial Management
    -Assist Commercial team and RSM's to negotiate with important distributors as needed
    - Assist GA team and RSM's as needed in biddings and tenders and other relate market access
    8. KOL Management
    - Assist RSM's and Marketing in KOL management
    - Regular joint visits with sales team to key hospitals or accounts to promote offers.
    9. Team and talents management
    -Set up SMART objectives and follow up
    -Perform regular performance conversation and coaching
    -Carry out assessment of team members and select high calibre in the field with HR
    -Create a high-performance culture and engaging work environment that motivate potentials to plan a long-term career with Molnlycke
    -Develop qualified talent pipelines to meet requests of team growth and change

    -Sales headcounts allocation
    -Sales organization structure
    -Sales strategies and campaigns

    Capabilities; Qualifications and Experience
    - High analytical level and ability to do strategic thinking
    - Ability to operate on strategic, tactical and operational level
    - Well developed holistic commercial understanding - understanding both core sales skills, ComEx mindset and tools as well as marketing
    -Good communicational and presentation skill, logical thinking;
    -Hard working spirit, attention to details, eager to win, continuous learning;
    -Good team spirit, interpersonal and leadership skills;
    -Good English listening and writing skills, verbal skill is preferred;
    -Bachelor Medical Degree or above educational background;
    -Surgical experience and good knowledge in orthopedics & good surgical skills will be preferred;
    -5+ year's second line sales management experience with medical device in a multinational company;
    -Managed more than 5 provinces or 50 distributors experience or 10 sales force organization.

    Any other information

    -Over 50% of working time on travels may be required;
    -Based in Beijing is optimal
