- You will own and manage full-cycle recruiting for Isola Taiwan , for hourly and salaried positions.
- You will source a diverse, qualified candidate pool for open requisitions through various means, external databases, internet/job board posting, social media, professional networking, etc.
- You Partner with hiring managers and run point on in-take sessions, and candidate debriefs
- You will integrate with global business processes to drive harmonization across all regions and functions for hiring
- You will organize and execute a best-in-class onboarding experience.
- You will build a talent pipeline by establishing partnerships with universities, apprenticeship programs, and professional networking groups.
- You build thoughtful marketing approaches to attract the right talent for each position.
- You're Responsive to candidates and committed to a positive candidate experience.
- You have the flexibility to manage and prioritize projects and respond to business needs easily.
- A 4-year degree in Human Resources, business administration, or other relevant field is preferred.
- 3+ years' experience in a Recruiting and Talent Acquisition function (sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.) ,Technical positions, Operations and Manufacturing recruiting experience preferred
- English capability, both Verbal and Written required
- Ability to balance work independently with minimal supervision and be able to respond effectively to competing priorities
