- Planning and scoping an audit to support audit engagement objectives.
- Perform engagement risk assessments.
- Perform walkthroughs and prepare process documentation, including narratives and flowcharts.
- Identify risks and controls through reviewing and/or preparing process documentation, including process flow diagrams.
- Assist with reporting to HQ Internal Audit team.
- Provide recommendations to management in order to improve governance, risk management, and controls.
- Follow-up and review of management's proposed resolution and plan of action for internal audit recommendations and documentation of the ultimate execution of management's resolution
- Bachelor or above Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A minimum of four years' experience in a financial/operational audit role; Experience with Big 4 firm is preferred.
- SOX and FCPA audit experience is preferred.
- Professional accounting or auditing designation is preferred (e.g. CPA, CIA).
