    Are you energized by an Account Management role that allows you to accelerate vendor performance and shape best practices across the businesses? If so, this Account Management Manager role could be an ideal opportunity to explore.

    As an Account Management Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing the processes, procedures, supplier category segmentation, metrics/Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development and application, scorecard format, and contract management.

    This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Support the Strategic Partnering team to implement best practices for the on-going management of the Strategic Partners & Advocates
  • Partner with Procurement, Advocates and the Strategic Partnering team to review compliance, assess risk, negotiate business terms with Partners
  • Participate and support the implementation of internal processes and policies with adequate controls
  • Create procedural documentation and job aids for a knowledge library that can be leveraged by the business for day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain current industry knowledge of Vendor Performance Management, assist leadership with managing ongoing road-map and technology vision
  • Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintain accurate records
  • Identify and track strategic partner/business partner escalations and resolutions
  • Work closely with the internal/external auditors during annual audits
  • Aggregate and report on business partner and partners plans, progress, and results in consultation with business partners and the Strategic Partnering team
  • Accountable for producing material for all Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) & Exec Reviews
  • Work with client partners and senior stakeholders to build content for QBR's & Executive Reviews
  • Validate spend data for all Quarterly & Executive Reviews

  • • Ensure all partner relationships have required data to evaluate performance and ensure adherence to KPI's through surveys and scorecards

  • Coordinate the setup of the annual Strategic Partnering Summit.
  • Basic Qualifications:

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 or more years of experience with relevant IT projects
  • Strong stakeholder management experience within in matrix environment
  • Strong experience in scoping and delivering projects
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks across multiple projects using project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to display key attributes of successful business partnering including building strong relationships with key individuals
  • Strong understanding of planning & resource management
  • Operating at pace and agile decision-making – using evidence and applying judgement to balance pace, rigour and risk.
