    主要职责 Essential responsibilities and duties:

  • Organize GAPs daily production, produce good quality products on scheduled time, drive GAPs to achieve PIP.确保生产班组按时按质完成生产任务,推动班组完成工厂改善计划。

    • 主要任务 The main missions of the role are:

  • Establish GAPs' QCDP targets with UAP Manager and continuous improve: PPM,PPH、TRS, absenteeism rate, accident frequency, improvement ideas.与UAP经理和一起,定义GAP的QCDP目标(对实际情况做出改进):PPM,PPH、TRS,缺勤率、事故次数、改进建议。
  • Manage GAPs' performance, provide accurate production data to UAP Manager. 每天监督生产绩效,并在交班前向UAP经理汇报准确的生产数据。
  • Manage resources to achieve results: arrange manpower adapted to volume. 为实现结果进行资源管理:根据产量适当配置人员等。
  • Act as GAP leader if necessary. 必要时代替GAP组长工作。
  • Implement QRCI in case of a problem:take containment actions, call support functions if necessary, build corrective action plans 如遇问题,执行QRCI:采取即时围堵政策,通知支持功能部门,建立改正行动计划。
  • Drive continuous improvement with the GAPs aligned with PIP. 根据工厂改善计划推动部门改善。
  • Team management, including daily management and teambuilding. 团队管理,包括日常管理和团队建设。
  • Complete other task assigned by manager.完成上级交代的其他任务。

    • 资格要求 Qualifications :

    理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • 教育背景/Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related fields本科以上学历,工业工程专业优先
  • 经验/ Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience in an industrial environment, foreign-invested manufacturing plants experience is preferred 至少三年以上相关工作经验,有外资或制造业行业背景优先考虑
