Overall Purpose

We are seeking a Delivery Lead in China to work closely with Global and Regional stakeholders in the regional business functions (including Commercial, CRM, Supply Chain, etc ). This position is responsible for overseeing the systems for architecture design, roll-out, hyper-care and transition to steady state of any solutions in this space. They are also a technology and architecture implementation consultant (especially in Cloud architecture area) who has broad knowledge of existing systems and services as well as modern architectural approaches who will advise the teams about how to best meet business requirements with scalable and extensible architectures and solutions that deliver value and meet the business goals across business divisions.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, deploying best in class solutions that conform to audit requirements, creating/supporting policies, and driving best practice process changes with global and regional teams.

Candidates must be hands on, demonstrate a strong intellect, superior skills in communications, combined with a drive to deliver, and ability to influence the business to achieve rapid step-change in results.

Responsibilities And Accountabilities

The Delivery lead will be responsible for contributing to the China Digitalization roadmap; including Digital Products, Systems Processes and Training.

Key Responsibilities Are

• Ensure the design of the organization's Integrated systems and processes is meeting current and on-going business requirements in China.
• Propose scalable and extensible solution architectures that meet document business functional and non-functional requirements in the form of detailed specifications. Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope.
• Recommend long-term solution/roadmap to existing solutions/projects or new requirements with quick wins and reasonable delivery plan.
• Lead and conduct comprehensive technical assessments and evaluations of 3rd-party tools and products and provide recommendation of selection to business and IT stakeholders.
• Facilitate the development and Implementation of solutions to drive efficiency and standardization globally. Work with the business on user adoption.
• Facilitate the development of Detailed Feasibility Studies (DFS) for proposed initiatives including cost of proposed systems and supporting business justification.
• Maintain integrity of the global design. Ensure that all enhancements have measurable return on investment, follow the design principles for global applicability and only deviate where legal and regulatory requirements dictate. Focus on standard "out of the box" functionality and minimize customization.
• Collaborate with other Delivery Leads and Product Owners on the Portfolio teams to de-liver solutions.
• Capturing and documenting comprehensive business requirements for global initiatives;
• Creating functional specifications (translating global business requirements into instructions that can be used by the technical developers to design the solution);
• Delivering high quality technology solutions that meet business requirements within the agreed upon schedule
• Creating/writing zero level and system integration tests scripts and reviewing with business users to ensure proper User Acceptance testing (UAT) scripts have been created and executed by the business for the system/enhancement;
• Supporting the business during hypercare and ensuring that solutions are stable before they get handed over to operational teams for steady state support.
• System Enhancement and Upgrades: Evaluate impact of Enhancement pack and Service pack upgrades and work with Product owners and business to ensure the new functionality offers payback and cost savings. Test the solution prior to go live and support the business through Hypercare periods.
• Monitor status of business readiness activities including promptly identification of impacted roles, communication and training of new features or changes that require to be cleansed.
• Business Engagement – Work with Product owners to identify and plan continuous improvement initiatives and establish regular engagement meetings with business partners to gather input for the development of the 3-year roadmap.

Experience And Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge and demonstrated extensive experience designing, delivering or supporting technology solutions in Commercial software(Such as OMS, TMS, etc) , SAP
• 7+ years of progressive experience with programming and design of commercial software or enterprise systems
• Solid knowledge and 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud service and architecture: Azure is must, Ali cloud and AWS is preferred
• Architecture skills including application, cloud infrastructure, mobile, WeChat ecosystem and cyber security
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP system.
• Extensive experience in high level systems planning, design, development, maintenance and troubleshooting with a track record of accomplishment in large and complex systems.
• Proven experience as a stream lead working with multi-disciplined, and multi-cultural global teams.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite of programs
• Experience with Software Selection RFP process is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
