- Handling material purchasing process in accordance with related company policies.
- Release accurate and timely Purchase Order (PO) to approved Supplier.
- Ensure Purchase Order dates are updated and accurate based on supplier delivery commitments.
- Track Purchase Order progress base on BU and supplier status.
- Measure supplier performance on quality, delivery, services, and cost.
- Maintain purchasing related information.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers.
- Maintain communication and coordination with internal other's team.
- Master Oracle system and Buyout system.
- Maintain office environment "5S".
- Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager.
- Feedback unclean issues during daily job to smooth process.
- BA degree with majoring in International Trade, Economic is preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in commercial Dept. or Purchase Dept.
- Good communication skill, willing to learn, can work independently and under pressure.
- Fluency in oral and written English and Chinese
- Occupational health and safety acumen

- Strong computer proficiency.
