- Responsible for understanding business process and identifying potential automation opportunities to drive business impact
- Responsible for developing business requirement documents and alignment with business leaders to streamline the process
- Collect and analyst ODM and suppliers' supply and cost data, validate and summarize supply and cost data
- Manage automation efforts end to end to ensure solutions are delivered on time
- Develop and maintain automation solution with VBA, Power BI or Python etc
- Have excellent influencing skill to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders, solid analytical skills to resolve issues and adjust to the dynamic requirements of our customer
- Ability to manage various project element simultaneously including project timeline, workplan and resources to ensure project delivery
- A high level of proficiency is required in spreadsheet and database analysis tools, specifically MS Access, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Experience with Excel VBA, Python, Power BI, and website UI design a plus
- Got strong passion to develop in supply chain and IT industry
