    Position Title: Business Development Manager, POE

    Location: Shanghai/Suzhou, China

    Position Overview:

    Develop and implement business plan for POE of the Global PV market to ensure targets and budgets are met. This position will be reported to Hongwei Bai. It is better to be based in Suzhou City.

    Primary Responsibilities

    1)Experience in the EVA/POE industry or managing films in PV module factory is required.

    2)Drive business expansion, capture and increase market share and develop new business opportunity

    3)Manage opportunity pipeline, product road map and solution portfolio to drive business profitable growth and close collaboration with sales team

    4)Identify opportunities to grow market share and translate them into actionable strategy execution to short, middle and long term growth pipeline

    5)Act as project leader to drive strategic customer project and create success cases to replicate

    6)Maintain and Strengthen technology expertise and application know how in collaboration with R&D, technical service team

    7)Lead portfolio roadmap, initiate and guide product enhancements and portfolio optimization based on technology, customer and market need

    8)Set tools to track & secure profitable growth in line with targets

    9 Research the market and industry trend

    Minimum Requirements:

    1) Able to read or speak English

    2) At least 3 years working experience with PV market field

    3) Strong ability to grow sales revenue.

    4) Strategic thinking, customer development and strong communication skill

    5) Value selling mind set

    Preferred Requirements:

    Capability with Analyze data and sales statistics

    Negotiation and presentations skills

    Organized team player
