- Cost accounting monthly, analysis of the cost variance in terms of actual cost vs. standard cost.
- Focus on PPV cost and PPV report. (Monthly and weekly check with sales/purchasing)
- Monitor and analysis of the inventory and E&O.
- Preparation of the annual standard cost, daily release of the new projects standard cost.
- Support the new project quotation and the cost simulation and calculation for new projects with project team, Analyze the cost and suggest the initiative of cost improvement with management team.
- Periodic profitability analysis for projects, monitor the Material Margin/Gross Margin.
- Responsible for Capex control, forecast and analysis, Capex application of CART system, Capex investment analysis, etc.
- Conduct other activities relevant with cost.
- Perform duties in integrity and honesty and maintain necessary confidentiality.
- Follow the EHS regulations of the company. Implement the EHS requirement to ensure all action satisfied with ISO14001 、 IATF16949 & ISO45001 requirements.
- More than 5 years working experiences with 2 years+ cost accounting experience in manufacturing industry .
- CET-4 English level or above, good written and oral skills in English.
- Familiar with SAP/ QAD or other ERP system. Good skills in MS Office.
- Strong communication skill and can work under tough pressure.
- Strong sense of responsibility, team-player.
- Bachelors degree with four plus years education in normal university.
- Majored in Accounting or Finance.
