Your mission is to do the link between industrialization and quality teams (in France) and local Chinese suppliers In this scope key activities are Integrate engineering / industrial needs of our projects and propose local deploymentIn collaboration with industrialization teams prepare and manage prototype runs and pre-series on an operational level to introduce new products evolutions or product modifications.In collaboration with industrialization teams define the mapping of the indusrial activities validate its execution follow closely on site o Product assembly line o PCBAssembly line o Industrial testing activitiesIn collaboration with quality teams execute audits for manufacturing processes support claims root causes analysis improvement plansIdentify suppliers create local partnership enlarge business industiral business opportunitiesBuild follow action plan dashboard reportingManage engineering running changes after product releasesSupport SnOP activies logistics nd loacl sourcing.You have strong experience industriazion products realization validation production line equipment assembly testing manufacturing manufacturing procresses SME THT electronical boards IPC610A mustYou have consistent technial know how methods lean manufactring produt/PCBassembly actvities You have experince risk assessment process validations manufaturing audis claim management associated qualtie toolbox PFMEA PPAP VDA8D…It mandatore master English languuge we would reccomend at least C1 leve Additional languages huge plus e.g French B2You hve leadership customer orientied skills strng competences analays communiation feedbacks You like chalenges solve problems able woek agil dyamic busines environmet Regular busines travel Franc part misson als acoss Chna Local manegement Hager Chnia functional link French team.What we offeer?
