职位描述
1、协助区域销售副总经理建立全面的销售战略,制定并组织实施销售方案;2、组织部门开发多种销售手段,完成销售计划及回款任务,主持重大销售合同的谈判与签订工作;
3、建立销售人员报告、例会制度,及时掌握销售任务完成情况,引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度;
4、进行客户分析,建立客户关系,挖掘用户需求,指导处理大客户投诉,跟踪处理投诉结果,并进行客户满意度调查;
5、完成上级领导交办的其它任务。
任职要求
1、五年以上销售、市场营销管理工作经验,有户外媒体市场的拓展、销售与运作经验;
2、有一定的客户资源,三年以上户外广告公司销售经验;
3、具备丰富的市场营销策划经验,能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙伴,熟悉行业市场发展现状,具有优秀的营销技巧,较强的市场策划能力和运作能力、良好的口头及书面表达能力;
4、熟悉现代营销理论,熟练运用各种激励措施,熟悉大型媒体及4A广告公司操作规范,熟悉广告法。
