Through experience in various roles, management trainees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise's market development capabilities, accumulate rich practical experience, and enhance their overall competence.
This will lay a solid foundation for them to take on important management responsibilities or serve as key technical personnel in the market within the enterprise in the future, enabling them to grow into the backbone force that drives the company's development.
International Market Development:Assist the company in collecting competitive intelligence and developing clients in European, American, Australian, and African markets.
Continuously learn about international cooperation and trade exchanges to build up reserves of strength and capacity for enhancing cross-border trade.
Sales Support:Learn about the technologies and performance of various products, assist in preparing customer quotations and handling customer inquiries, and translate technical fault reports to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
Operations Management:Learn and continuously optimize the company's internal management and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Introduce scientific management models to enhance personnel efficiency
