    • Key Qualifications

  • Experience in mechanical manufacturing and industrial engineering - preferably in a hands-on role
  • Demonstrated technical skills including experience and understanding of Assembly Process and Assembly Equipment.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and present results with sound technical judgment within minimal coaching.
  • Understanding of DOE (experiment) principle and failure analysis is preferred.
  • Program/Project Management experience preferred.
  • Good written & verbal English and Chinese communication skills are required.

    • Job Description

    ·Support for factory output, yield, quality and readiness to ramp volume.

    ·Participate in the development and engineering of process technology and equipment. ·Collaborate or manage contract manufacturing partners to create step improvements in manufacturing capabilities.

    ·Perform production line audit and patrol to ensure the line is comply for the Plan of Record (POR) of layout, assembly process and SOP, equipment set up, 5s and discipline.

    ·Coordinate investigations leading to robust solutions to manufacturing challenges.

    ·Production process development, documentation, optimization and validation.

    ·Development and implementation of technical solution/technology to enhance production quality, capacity and efficiency.

    ·Participate or support for Design of Experiments (DOE) and Failure Analysis Corrective Action (FACA).

    ·Write or compile for technical report.
