- Leading and managing business strategies with KOLs, ensuring alignment with brand and platform objectives.
- Ensuring rewards are consistent with store strategies and maintaining operational control.
- Store livestreaming management
- Accountability for sales performance, achieving targets, and overseeing P&L.
- Defining strategic activations, identifying key priorities, and formulating action plans.
- Collaborating with third-party partners on metrics such as UV, CVR, CTR, AUS, and member recruitment.
- Overseeing user interface maintenance, ensuring site aesthetics align with sales and marketing goals.
- Exploring opportunities for new business ventures.
- Possess over 3 years of experience in E-commerce or digital, particularly within the Douyin platform (experience with JD and Tmall is also valued).
- Can communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently resolve issues.
- Have experience in top 500 FMCG and beauty industry companies.
- Are proficient in both Chinese and English.
