    We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

    In this role, you will:

    Have a clear understanding of Pan-China WPB client portfolio covering HSBC Premier, HSBC Global Private Banking (GPB), and HSBC Personal Wealth Planning

    Support development and delivery against business objectives and growth drivers

    Develop deep understanding of client needs, pain points, objections in order to have sufficient insight to create meaningful, compelling, and impactful proposition and campaign offers

    Develop client segmentation to ensure appropriate offers are developed to meet different client needs

    Work with research teams to have up-to-date understanding of competitor offerings and key selling points, and ensure HSBC's proposition offerings continue to stand out and truly differentiate, and test and learn offers before going to market

    Develop compelling International proposition and offers that join up HSBC to our global markets and in particular, create strong differentiation and offers for our key corridors including HK, UK and more.

    Develop CLCM for WPB clients to ensure an outstanding client experience to improve the engagement and cross-selling opportunities with the clients.

    Design and implement a best in class customer journey in different WPB customer touch points, work closely with the journey owners to continuously enhance customer experience and satisfaction ratio in HSBC."

    Manage health of client portfolios across GPB, HSBC Personal Wealth Planning and HSBC Premier, and manage client continuum across business lines

    Work with management and senior stakeholders to position the business appropriately to reflect business core strengths and capabilities in the eyes of customers.

    Be responsible and accountable for planning, driving and delivering effective and innovative client proposition activities that aligns with business priorities and demonstrates core strength and capabilities of the business.

    Lead the teams to develop and drive customer centric propositions leveraging data analytics, market research, competitors analysis for business insights to achieve best outcomes to our customers, to our business and to our brand.

    Oversight of workflow and operational processes are effectively executed and that the available resources are applied efficiently.

    Ensure our client propositions capabilities and outputs (including communications) match to the standard of international industry leaders.

    Leadership around all policy, governance and operations, ensuring that a consistent and efficient operating model is being deployed correctly and in line with business, governance and audit requirements

    The overall planning and prioritisation process for the (Global Business Line) Marketing team to ensure Marketing spend creates commercial value for the business and reflects external best practices

    Developing and managing Marketing plans based on customer and business insight, ensuring that Marketing activities are fully aligned to global business priorities and revenue drivers

    Ensuring that the overall function operates in a consistent and compliant manner by co-ordinating governance and operational management issues, ensuring adherence to Global Standards and relevant FIMs

    Requirements

    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

    Strong leadership and strategic skillsets, particularly with deep experience in customer and proposition management

    Able to demonstrate a good understanding of key trends and areas of innovation which influence the way we interact and engage with our external customers, internal stakeholders and audiences.

    Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities

    Able to understand and articulate business and helps HSBC to be more customer centric.

    Deep understanding of agile working practices

    Strong and broad management experience with a proven track record in digital marketing, new technology, Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management

    Familiar with data and analytical tools

    Fluent in both English and Chinese
