职责描述 1、目标行业和客户的业务拓展,重点客户的关系管理与维护;2、 每月对客户、事业部的定期回访、纠偏,作到客户零投诉; 及时校准服务,提升客户服务满意度;
3、控制出入库各环节制定相关操作流程,组织物料盘点,确保帐物相符零损失;
4、通过对新引进业项目运做工作中的思路方法不断进行提炼和总结,并直接参与流程制定;
5、对团队成员按目标完成的进度进行日清控制;
6、控制业务帐款、合同等资料合规,费用的回收、及时开票等情况;
7、推进客户资源信息化平台搭建;
8、推进资源储备网络化平台搭建;
9、推进数字化变革;
10、推进员工培育及提升员工满意度。 任职要求 1、3年及以上工作经验
2、有大型制造业工厂相关工作经验优先;具有入厂物流管理工作经验、仓储管理经验、团队管理经验、具有客户管理经验者优先;
3、有客户为尊的意识;
4、性格外向,踏实认真,积极进取,有责任心,有较强的沟通理解能力和自我管理能力,工作能独当一面
5、能熟练运用PDCA、SWOT、鱼骨图、头脑风暴等科学管理方法,分析总结问题,有不断改善的能力和手段
