Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for quality team and lab safety, ensure all safety policies and regulations are followed.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control programs for all stages of production.

• Establish and enforce quality standards for all products, ensuring they meet both internal and external requirements.

• Test raw material and finished products according to plan, ensure they meet established quality standards.

• Ensure plant complies to all regulations related to feed production and quality management.

• Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Train and supervise employees on quality control procedures and best practices, advocate quality awareness and culture

• Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities and prepare regular reports on quality metrics.

• Ensure all quality control equipment is properly maintained and calibrated to ensure accurate testing results.

• Address customer complaints and inquiries on timely and professional manner, conduct RCA for quality issues or complaints

• Work closely with other departments, to ensure feed quality is maintained throughout the entire process.

• Manage all quality related license and permits to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

• Participate in new product development process, contribute input from quality aspect, ensure MOC is followed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in animal science, bio-science or related field

动物科学、生命科学本科学历或其他相关专业

• 10+ years' quality management experience in food/feed industry, familiar with quality management system (ISO9001/ISO22000/HACCP), with 5+ years' on management and leadership role

10+ 年食品 / 饲料行业质量管理经验,熟悉质量管理体系( ISO9001/ISO22000/HACCP ),且超过五年的团队管理和领导经历

• Strong knowledge on feed/feed additive regulations, be familiar with analytical equipment and test method (HPLC, GC, AAS, Spectrophotometer etc.)

丰富的饲料 / 饲料添加剂法律法规知识,熟悉检测仪器和方法(液相色谱仪、气相色谱仪、原子吸收光谱仪、分光光度计等)

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

良好的分析和解决问题能力

• Strong coordination and communication skill, team oriented

拥有良好沟通协调能力和团队合作精神

• Familiar with Microsoft office software, English capability will be a plus
