Job summary
小区收益经理负责数据分析与决策、战略定价与库存管控、跨部门协作与影响力、动态市场应对能力和团队领导与持续优化等工作任务。要求本科及以上学历，酒店管理或相关专业背景，具备5年以上酒店收益管理经验和多物业/区域管理成功案例，以及精通收益管理系统(iDeaS V5i、OnQ R&I)和掌握高级Excel技能（VLOOKUP、宏、数据可视化）及PPT高管报告制作等专业技能。
• 精通复杂数据集解析(预订进度、置换分析)、精准识别收益机会
• 熟练运用iDeaS V5i收益系统& OnQ R&I& GDS 及 Excel (数据透视表 & 情景建模)
• 将数据洞察转化为可执行策略 (如动态定价 & 库存调配)
