描述

负责Zoom各产品线中的自然语言处理模型研发/流程优化:
1、负责自动会议摘要的模型训练、调优、部署,结合不同语言的预料,横向增强各个语种的精度;
2、负责收集、处理多语言文本的预训练数据,结合线上多语言预料,参考前沿的语义表征模型,包括不限于对比学习,混合学习等方式,提高基于表征模型精度,从而整体提高下游任务的表现;
3、负责探索前沿深度学习模型和智能客服领域和结合方式,应用深度学习模型优化对话系统pipeline的各个组件,同时探索端到端的解决方案,集合两种方式优化用户体验。

1、 2023届/2024届博士,STEM类专业(科学、技术、工程、数学),包括但不限于信息与通信工程、人工智能、计算机、应用数学、统计学、电子科学与技术、软件工程等;
2、 拥有丰富的实践经历,参与重大项目的实现过程,能独立解决领域内的技术难题(如语义表征、自动文摘);
3、 有扎实的编程能力;
4、 在国际知名竞赛中获奖,顶级会议论文作者,或拥有业界影响力的专利者优先;
5、 在技术开源社区有突出影响力,或堪称领域专家优先。
