- Define product goals & metrics for enabling autonomous parking features in China
- Outline the strategy/roadmap to achieve these goals, and lead its execution to completion by driving alignment across teams
- Coordinate the development & testing activities required to iterate on and launch the product
- Triage incoming issues, prioritize the most critical activities required for the product's success, and work with the relevant engineering teams to ensure they are completed
- Maintain a pulse on the overall health of the workstream, representing its progress to the broader team and proactively mitigating/communicating risks as early as possible
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, with 12+ years of experience in a similar or related role
- Experience working in a software development environment
- Track record of leading the launch of new products or features to users
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across large organizations
- Knowledge of autonomous vehicles and/or machine learning
- Experience with data analysis tools/languages such as SQL
- Worked on start-ups and/or early-stage products
