DRAM存储单元的特性与测试规格开发感应放大器电路性能调试以及设计验证核心存储阵列相关的芯片内部时序设计窗口评估以及设计验证针对低良率的相关测试项目进行分析并且给出改善方向
- 硕士及以上学历具有元件/微电子/集成电路背景并具有产品或电性失效分析相关领域的行业经验者优先
- 熟悉电路特性分析元器件内部设计原理结构及工艺者优先
- 有微电子物理等相关学习或工作背景者优先严谨细心具备良好逻辑思维和沟通能力
