    YOUR TASKS

  • Responsible for assigned sub-commodity, professional services purchasing, including HR service, marketing, EHS service, admin services as well as services of operation
  • This is a regional role to manage all categories cross plant/ business group in China
  • End to end for Purchase request to purchase order and suppliers management > =10K CNY
  • Analyze Purchase Value and assigned material groups, including Re-RFQ, contract ratio, spend under management, etc.
  • Analyze cost breakdown, provide should cost support
  • Market intelligence report
  • Supplier matrix of assigned material groups
  • Maintain Stakeholder & Supplier relationships
  • Achieve PUR KPI, including Saving and cash flow target, purchase efficiency improvement, and process compliance
  • Other tasks assigned by Regional Commodity Manager and Head of Indirect Material and Service Purchasing APAC
  • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education background: Bachelor's degree or above (major in business will be preferred) with logic and systemic thinking.
  • 2-3 years working experience at international companies, including at least 2 years in purchasing. Experience in cross-plant operation is a plus.
  • Strong sense of timeline for business operation.
  • System skill: Familiar with ERP and Microsoft office (excel, PowerPoint etc.), SAP is preferred. Good presentation skill is a plus.
  • Leadership skill: Capable to drive cross function team to roll out purchasing activities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel within tight schedule. Willing to work overtime when needed.
  • Good written English & oral English.
  • Travel is limited (5%).
  • No limitation of industries, automotive is plus.
