- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Electrical & electronics system development for high precision testing system and non-standard automation chip tester.
- Capable to cover whole development process: concept, detail design including schematic, FPC/PCB layout, parts selection, fabrication/assembly documentation, and validation after hardware received.
- Conduct regular design review within the team to ensure an optimized design that can cover function, cost, schedule, DFM, etc.
- Communicate with vendor to deliver parts precisely and timely.
- Product FA and root cause finding by in-depth study.
- Collaboration with global (US/Japan/Philippines/Thailand/Malaysia) and local teams on product electronics development.
- Work in team with minimum supervision on tight project deadline.
- Support new product ramp up in overseas.

- 有足够能力,不需要太多技术上的指导
- 支持产品设备的海外投产
- Master's degree or above in electrical engineering or related fields.
- Hands-on experience on electrical design, testing and FA; Familiar with Allegro or Altium software and various use of oscilloscope, signal generator, etc.
- Understanding or experience of signal integrity or HDD signal system preferred
- High flexibility under various conditions; Uses professional concepts in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways.
- Good team player, highly motivated and possessing a sense of urgency, capable of working independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
