Responsible for compiling the project schedule, arranging the software and hardware facilities of the project, clarifying the post responsibilities and division of labor of project members, ensuring the implementation of node goals and completing the project implementation plan

Monitor the whole process of the project, control the progress of the work at any time, check the completion status and quality status of the project tasks, and record, summarize and report

Determine manpower demand to organize production labor resource for production capacity meet

Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production to be the basic for continuous improvement

Monitor quality performance and enforce in line quality control awareness to detect and correct problems

Ensure the effective communication and coordination with other departments

Solve and coordinate problems or non-conforming issues occurring in production such as capacity, quality and overtime with relevant departments

Control department expenses such as tooling utilization, resource allocation and overtime to reduce production cost

Training arrangement to relevant operators; Strengthening the working skills of technicians and improving the operation efficiency to ensure qualified operators are available and fitting to requirements

Responsible for production reports for evaluation, analysis, enhancement and continuous improvement, etc.

In Charge of production team performance management and talent development

Ensure production activities implementation and adherence to company relevant policy

Responsible for communication and communication with overseas colleagues

Responsible for the connection of cross-position cooperation

Requirements

Professional Background

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience) preferably within electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or automotive engineering

5 years+' work experience in Master Section development and design, familiar with Master Section design and production process, able to identify relevant parts and functions. Skills & Abilities

Be motivated and has passion to work with global team and localize related process

Strong experience in communicating and coordination, provide related technical support to other function team

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result driven

Effective leadership and be able to influence core teams through personal motivation

1 year+' work experience in team management and 0-1 to build the team will be plus
