通常情况下,您需要:

• 所在地客户总部对接,代表总部执行总对总工作

• 支持配合服务战略客户销售经理工作,项目对接,质量和成本等服务工地综合管理,客户战略条款落地

• 跟踪、管理所负责战略客户全国项目

• 建立有效的沟通渠道,解决客户问题,管理和改善客户满意度

• 电梯运行管理,推动改善停梯、困人状况,客户月度运行报告

• 与新梯战略客户经理合作,支持新梯战略客户落地项目移交保障

• 看板管理,了解管理即将交付、交付过程和交付后保障

• 落实总部交付修理、重点故障调整要求的执行,月度跟踪

成功的候选人需要具备:

• 您拥大专及以上学历,商科或工科类专业优先,并具备相关专业知识

• 您拥有3年以上工作经验,拥有技术服务类销售经验优先

• 您具有出色的沟通能力及良好的客户服务意识

• 您具有较强书面及口头沟通表达能力,并能有效建立内部与外部客户的合作关系

• 您具有较强的责任心

• 您目标明确,能够适应在高度流程化的组织中工作
