- 临床监查员(CRA) – 是申办者与研究者之间的主要联络人,从临床前期选点、研究中心启动、以及日常监查、研究中心关闭、数据清理、沟通解决项目相关问题等工作,保证试验运行遵循已批准的研究方案、公司SOP和相关法规政策,以确保临床试验数据真实、有效、完整,确保受试者的权益得到保障;
- 临床监查员培训生(CRA Trainee)将接受CRA School严格的专业培训,考察合格后,进入业务团队进行工作。
- 2024年的本科或硕士毕业生
- 医药相关专业(如药学,临床药学,药物制剂,药事管理,生物科学与生物技术等)
- 英语听说读写熟练,英语CET-6或同等水平为佳;
- 能在英文环境下熟练使用Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint等软件;
- 良好的沟通交流能力,良好的组织与解决问题能力;
- 有效的时间管理能力;
- 有临床监查相关实习经验为佳。
