- Achieve the order intake and profit target for the allocated markets
- Support front sales to develop customer relationship, improve project hit rate including but not limited to customer visit, product introduction, technical support
- Prepare internal specification and technical documentation for technical engineering
- Manage the development of the critical offer documents, ensure that all technical areas are in line with the scope of supply
- Bidding documents preparation, Bid Strategy Planning, Cost Calculation & Optimization, bid Submission& Clarification
- Technical contract negotiation& signing, win-Loss Analysis
- Manage and organize customer meetings for consulting and selling activities
- Support Commercial negotiation. Handover contract to PM. Adjust where necessary to bring the project to a success
- Other temporary crossover work What You Bring
- Bachelor degree or above
- Have knowledge in transformers or other related high voltage products/systems
- Good Communication Skills, Good Customer relationship building & fostering Skill & Computer skill
- Good Sales Skills, Multi-task Prioritizing skills.
- Have the prepared mentality which is used to working under pressure
- Excellent English skills
- Proficient in Office software, such as PPT, Excel, Word
- Willingness to travel at a short notice
