2.服务周到热情,见宾客主动问好,对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。
3.保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。
4.保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。
5.加强巡逻,发现可疑情况,视情况处理或及时向上级报告。
6.一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理,并及时请示汇报。
7.一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警,按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。
1.拥有消防中控中级证优先考虑。
