- 与人事部门和业务经理合作,确保财务数据的准确和及时。
- 登录不同的ATS系统,按时开具和跟踪发票。
- 阅读和核对合同与发票内容,确保无误。
- 监控合同和invoice的请款信息,及时进行核对。
- 跟进发票的支付状态,与客户和业务部门沟通,确保及时回款。
- 每周定期整理并同步到款信息到公司的管理系统和tracking sheet
- 协助客户准备和处理工资单,确保准确性和及时性
- 维护客户和员工的工资记录和文件
- 处理新员工的文书工作并确保遵守雇佣法规
- 生成与工资、税收和福利相关的报告
- 财务、会计或相关专业。
- 1年以上财务工作经验,熟悉应收账款相关工作流程。
- 英文水平CET-6及以上,能够熟练阅读英文合同, 留学生优先。
- 熟悉ATS系统操作及其他财务软件, 熟练使用薪资软件和Excel进行数据输入
- 出色的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
- 工作细心、责任心强,具备良好的组织和时间管理能力
- 对细节的高度关注和强大的分析能力
- 能够以专业的态度保守机密并处理敏感信息
