- Taking full responsibility of Vacuum Interrupter from product technical point of view. Such as material problem, deviation evaluation, parts production, assembly including routine testing problems.
- Taking full responsibility of parts release, including sample test plan, sample release, manufacturing process (self-make &buy part) as local technical leader.
- Taking responsibility for localization technical support to get the localization project successfully released.-As a project manager of Vacuum Interrupter introduction project
- Technical support for new product implementation, such as assembly guider, problem solving, new part release, quality problem solving and so on
- To conduct the introduction project according to Siemens PM process and monitor the project running status, such as project timeline, milestone release, project scope, budget, product cost and so on
- Preparation of prototypes of new introduced Vacuum Interrupter for type testing and assembly trial run.
- Maintain good cooperation of all related colleagues in cross function during the new product introduction, such as production line, localization team, quality team, industry engineer team, purchasing team and so on. Your defining qualities - Bachelor's degree and above in Material Engineering, better in Material Forming and Control Engineering- At least 1 year working experience in manufacturing industry with project management.- R&D experience is preferred.- Good knowledge in Vacuum Interrupter, such as high voltage & insulation requirement, material requirement and so on- Good knowledge in Vacuum Interrupter manufacturing, such as parts surface treatment, vacuum brazing, routine test and so on- Good knowledge project management in regards team cooperation, project risk management, conflict management and problem solving.- Good communication in English, both oral & written.
