Job Summary
This position focuses on production test engineering area of power management integrated circuits (Consumer, Industrial and Automotive ICs), you will be required to deeply utilize analog and digital circuits as well as programming languages statistics to conduct diverse R&D projects involving hardware software and procedures aimed at ensuring the quality and cost optimization of production testing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze/optimize component-level analog and digital circuits and test program based on C for precision parametric measurements of analog mixed-signal IC accordingly dispose the risky production tested chipsand test system.
