- 应届生需211或985硕士以上学历,且统计或生物统计等相关专业。
- 非应届生需3年以上临床研究/生物医药行业从业经验。
- 同等的教育、其他工作经历组合可替代上述资格。
- 熟悉临床研究或生物医药行业CMC领域常用统计分析方法。
- 熟悉SAS,JMP,Minitab,SPSS,R或Python任意其一。
- 良好的沟通和写作技能。
- 适度的差旅。
- 有项目管理经验者优先。
