Description
1.As one of the key finance partners with BU head, provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business growth and support decision making.
2.Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and planning & forecasting activities.
3.Monitor financial details and identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks.
4.Build up performance target for commercial team and manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking.
5.Streamline internal process with functional team to support business operations.
6.Drive system improvement for financial practice. Design and improve automated reporting process.
7.Support on internal and external auditor process.
Profile
5 years above finance BP experience in manufacturing industry with distributor and KA business module management background.
