Our client is a Biotech, animal food manufacturing business who are currently experiencing huge growth in China. With more than 35 manufacturing sites and 60 more offices around world, they strive to provide economical yet healthy food ingredients for their clients. You will work closely with other colleagues in a medium-sized finance team over 20 people
Description
Directly reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be wholly responsible for: GL Accountant for domestic and overseas business:
As the team is well-established and the business operates smoothly, the role is expected to give a challenging and fun feelings for the right candidate.
Ensure smooth monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and efficient finance GL operation, perform reconciliation (e.g. Sales, Bank, SAP vs. HBS etc.) to ensure the account correctness;
Prepare Journal Entries for daily operation and monthly closing
Complete monthly tax reconciliation /monthly filling
Support all financial audits including internal & external
Profile
We are looking for a proactive candidate with experienced GL accounting skills. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
10 year finance accounting working experience in relevant industry would be ideal for this role
5 years' experience would be a minimum for you to take on the role ASAP
As you are required to do the GL accounting for the oversea business, good command of both spoken & written English would be a must
Strong SAP user, logical & clear communication skills
