    Responsibilities:

    · Responsible for collaborating with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales functions, ensure customer satisfactory as well as to meet service/sales targets and quality operation metrics.

    · Correctly enters service/sales quotes and orders and handles them through completion. Proactively solve customer order issues for Production, Scheduling, Shipping and Invoicing, to ensure smooth transition aiming regional goals. During the process, develops and maintains customer relationships.

    · Prepares accurate documentation to meet customer, country, and/or financial requirements. May figure out validity of warranty claims with customers and have the ability to schedule repair resources if needed,recognize and initiate add-on business opportunities.

    · Work with various functions (Sales, Manufacturer, Logistics, Finance, Service etc.) within the company to make sure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner, in compliance with company policy and government regulations. Reports out existing and foreseen risks proactively.

    · Completes in-depth research and analysis of information to resolve key customer issues and needs whilusingng multiple systems and various resources.

    · Handles customer incoming calls about service/sales orders & basic technical support, or route customers inquiries to right person, achieving customer satisfaction as contact point of Tektronix.

    · Responds willingly to the demands of the moment and adapts easily to the constantly evolving business and cross culture environment. Stay Agile and Flexible to new assignment and new challenge.


    Qualifications:



    · A recognized College Degree or equivalent experience with diploma and education certificate

    · Business knowledge on international and domestic business, related working experience preferred

    · Minimum one year experience on service/sales order management or relevant

    · Good digital ability and sense, Microsoft Office skills, Oracle experience preferred

    · Detail/customer oriented and good time management and deliver results under pressure

    · Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, consideration and emotional intelligence
