Major Tasks & responsibilities:1.

Responsible for color matching, sample preparation & Color serviceprocess for customers in accordance to customers' requirements andplan done by the CCC Color Specialists.

Ensures that the quality ofsamples meets customer requirements in order to get customer approval.2.

Do the color corrections during the color matching and sampleproduction in order to harmonize color target/color impression, cost ofthe color package (formulation) and colorant load according to theestablished PCS coloring guidelines.

With this, ensure that the finalproduct meets color specification and off-grade product generation andproduction down times are minimized.3.

Ensure that assigned area of responsibility, responsible equipment,materials are maintained with good housekeeping practices and conformto all appropriate environmental, health and safety regulations.

Ensurea safety operation and enforce that all people working at CCC areproper protected from harm and accidents. Inform to shift leader anyabnormal situation in order to solve various problems occurred duringshiftworking.4.

Responsible to perform basic preventive maintenance on the CCClines, trouble shooting and calibration of assigned CCC/QC Labequipment to ensure their reliability.5.

Responsible for testing the mechanical properties of samples(customer sample operating on small line Lab extruder) besides thevisual assessment of the color and the measurement of the LAB colorcoordinates to ensure the material is in accordance to customerrequirements and product specification.6.

CCC Shift Colorist operates CCC extruders and correlated equipment;injection molding machines and other process equipment7.

Responsible for implementation and maintenance of QHSE specified inthe quality manual, the environmental and OH& S management systemmanual, housekeeping & HR policies.

Internal :
Nature & Purpose

• Internal in CCC.

Maintenance :
CCC extruders and correlated equipment

QC Lab :
Sharing of equipment (IMM and spectrophotometer); specialtesting (physical property, residual monomers etc) Qualifications:

• Educated in polymer science or chemicals
• Good English skills is preferable
• At least 2-3 years plastic coloring experience (including colormatching, injection molding etc.)
• Knowing engineering plastics manufacturing process is preferable
• Sensitive to color
• Team player and communicative skills; initiative
• Excellent analyzing ability and structured working style
• Willingness to learn and enter into new working environment- other major financial magnitude to describe importance of the position:Financial magnitudes only for system requirement.
