- 熟练掌握店铺的货品知识,及做好货品维护,确保货品完好。
- 向客户提供优质的服务,提高客户对品牌的满意度
- 维护新老客户并建立良好的关系,合理有效的处理客诉,解决顾客问题
- 店务工作:陈列工作,保证店铺货品摆放整齐,清洁有序;定期完成店铺盘点工作;遵守企业的各项管理制度
- 具有良好的销售能力和沟通技巧,有相关中高端鞋类销售经验者优先;
- 五证齐全(身份证、毕业证、健康证、户口本、暂住证);
- 对国际名品有所认知与了解,自身学习意识强,接受能力快;有较强的团队合作精神;
- 能够适应零售行业工作环境及工作时间要求;
