    What is the job about?

  • Daily customer demand and production plan management, daily inventory management.

    • Your main responsibilities :

  • Support and deploy group and local Safety, Health and Environmental policy, standard and plan, strive to achieve plant Safety, Health and Environmental target.
  • Daily handle the inquiry from the customer by mail, CIC and DP system.
  • Receive sales order, confirm the best delivery date according to production capacity and material available status.
  • Take responsibility for production planning of the mass production Lines and new projects. ensure sufficient resources are available to meet confirmed customer delivery. arrange weekly production plan and monitor plan productivity, arrange and adjust daily production plan based on sales order confirmation, material status and production capacity.
  • Follow up missing parts tightly and take the action in time.
  • KPI management.
  • Short term and long term demand analysis.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

    • Your background

  • College degree or above, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Good English skill both in oral and written.
  • At least 4 years in material planning in manufacturing industry.
  • Be good at communication skills and team work

    • Familiar with Office software, ERP system, experience for SAP would be a plus.
