- Liaise with content programming, legal, production, operation, censor and finance teams on appointed programming, as well as Chinese title translation, editing, broadcast materials delivery, etc.
- Liaise with related affiliates on censor results, program release schedule, monthly subscriber reports, billing and tax.
- Liaise with OTT platforms on program selection, issuance of Letter of Authorization, Amendments, censorship & broadcast materials delivery, etc.
- Work with OTT platforms on quota submission, SARPPFT censorship and program release schedule.
- Assist in title & synopsis translation, set up and maintenance of Aspera Point to Point and Aspera.
- Share, yearly MG payment tracking and tax.
- Assist TV Distribution VP in exploring new licensing opportunities.
- Provide onsite support for marketing activities including but not limited to TV Festival, Screening events, relative visits and interviews.
- Bachelor degree required. Media, communication related will be a plus.
- 1-3 years working experience; working in content production/studio/OTT industries is plus
- Deep understanding and contacts in the digital media sector, particularly in China.
- Bright, motivated, proactive, detailed.
- Able to quickly understand/develop new business models.
- Excellent initiative, organizational and prioritization skills, with ability to work quickly and effectively under time pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work across multiple disciplines and locations.
- Excellent computer skills, such as PPT, excel, etc.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both spoken and written).
