We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

IT Delivery:

· Collaborate with development teams, internal / external vendors to perform daily delivery work including design document writing, coding, testing, etc.

· Work with operations team on day-to-day Production Support activities including incident management and change deliveries etc.

Communication and Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain relationships with internal / external stakeholders

Process Management:

· Work with IT delivery head and software engineering managers to implement measures to ensure project deliverables are met within schedule and with high quality.

· Implement and advocate improvements in policies, practices and procedures

Risk/compliance/behaviour:

· Work with senior managers, Risk Steward to implement mitigation / avoidance solutions to IT risks

· Align and comply with appropriate process, policies and procedures.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

· At least 5 years' IT working experience including at least 2 years on core banking engineering, preferably in an enterprise or a global environment

· Hands-on skills and experience in software development using Java, Kubernetes, distributed technologies/database, and understand modern core banking technologies such as Coreless Banking, BIAN etc.

· Expertise and experience in systems like payment system is an advantage

· Experience in cloud technology is a plus

· Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Services

· Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners

· Good interpersonal skills – ability to work across organizations at all levels

· Good written communications skills – ability to clearly document the current state and recommendations

· Fluent in English & Mandarin
