About the Role
1.负责健康管理服务产品的整体规划,熟悉健康管理的相关政策和市场环境,能充分根据市场需求、渠道策略、竞争态势和用户群体的分析制定合理规划2. 健康管理服务产品线的全生命周期管理,能够全程独立跟进,包括资源整合、新服务上线、客户体验、服务内容/流程的审批、维护、优化、迭代、以及数据追踪,并负责编写包括服务手册、服务合同等在内的核心文件;
3.负责健管服务产品开发,能不断根据市场反馈、健管政策以及公司大健康生态战略调整公司产品,满足市场需求;
4.从健管服务产品设计与开发的角度支持健管服务产品包装和培训,使得市场人员充分了解产品特点,促进业务发展;
5.负责及时跟进各区域市场对健管服务产品的需求,协调相关资源促进业务发展;
6.完成其他领导交办的事项。
1、全日制本科及以上学历,医学、健康管理、保险相关经验背景优先;
2、8年以上服务产品设计经验以及项目管理经验,有团队管理经验的优先;
3、优秀的学习能力、时间管理能力、沟通协调能力、逻辑推理能力和敏锐的市场洞察力;
4、流利的英文读写能力,较强的归纳总结能力和撰写PPT的技能
