As a "PBE" – the carline or drivetrain owner of a project from Product Data Management(PDM) perspective -- your target is to timely ensure the % correctness and completeness of product data (BoM data) of the overall vehicle or drivetrain during the whole lifecycle to ensure BBAC plants production running smoothly, provide professional PDM consulting for project and management decision making, and continuously optimize the Product Data Management process. Your diverse tasks and responsibilities include the following:

Act as a Technical Project Lead from PDM perspective, enable smooth cooperation among different partners including RD China, RD Germany, BBAC production, other cooperate partners etc. Lead China Dok Haus+ committee, communicate, coordinate and come to commitment on open issues of PDM (product data management) of carlines or drivetrain relevant with BBAC plants

Take responsibility for carline PUe feasibility and part list completeness and correct implementation according to official ASL, China PBE as bridge coordinator in China and follow up PDM open issues with PM, PLE, PUe Docu and German PBE

Ensure part list quality in DIALOG P ( Dia and Dia6) by managing 3rd party parnters and control the risks along the whole process

Plan and lead Initial Load, filter function set up and conduct BOM workshops on the process required milestones with PM, PLE, CGLs, BTVs etc.

Manage/coordinate/control the overall part list quality, continuously coordinate with project management, development , module groups, CGLs, BTVs, commodity engineers .

Take responsibility for verifying , coordinating and aligning all queries with various internal/external departments (including German development) to ensure an accurate and efficient PDM process

Take responsibility for status reporting/presenting to project and management level.

Qualifikationen

· University degree in in mechanical, automotive or business administration

· Graduates with first experience in automotive industry (e.g. internships) as well as applicants with minimum 2-3 years work experience at OEMs or suppliers

· Very strong Cross-functional working experience

· Very strong learning skill

· Self-responsible working attitude and initiative

· Strong planning and organizational skills

· Like to work in exiting international & intercultural environment

· Communication skills with various hierarchy levels

· Fluent English communication is a must as working language

· Good computer skills are mandatory, including Windows, Excel & PPT

· Understand Product BoM maintain & Engineering change process
