- Lead the recruitment strategy for executive-level positions, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and goals.
- Oversight of Recruitment Activity: Provide guidance, monitor, and oversee day-to-day recruitment activities, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across regions.
- Oversee employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice on a global scale.
- Lead global recruitment campaigns, optimizing for efficiency, diversity, and quality of hires.
- Establish and standardize talent acquisition and workforce planning processes across the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion in a leadership role on a global scale.
- Global experience.
