- Execute the steps necessary to help with suppliers onboarding Wayfair
- Communicating with suppliers (email, phone) as needed throughout setup process
- Managing relationships with our external partners who provide supplier leads and resources for suppliers
- Problem solve challenges or trends as they arise
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive a better supplier experience
- University Student
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT), Google sheet, and proficiency with SQL (or a system of equal complexity)
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Quick learner with an analytical approach to solving problems as part of a team who has good communication skills.
- Collaborative by nature; ability to build relationships and buy-in to drive change effectively in a positive manner
