This position is responsible for leading the safe operation of the Level 1 shift operating unit on shift
, supports Operators deliver on their responsibilities through regular presence on the shopfloor Contributes to Level 1 +QDCI meetings leads when needed e.g Asset Care routines...
Makes sure data is collected categorized used correctly decisions
Built capabilities Level operating unit shift team Responsible reporting daily work maintaining production SAP data Guide supervise whole process equipment preparation production room cleaning complying SOP requirements Sustainably improve OEE yield compounding equipment ensure stable supply market Communicating production related information relevant departments e.g communicating materials warehouses Verification activities carried out report documents process equipment cleaning Implement monitor actions Change Control CAPA deviations complaints related production Execute follow initial continous trainings production operators Develop necessary SOPs ensure implementation improvement Review batch prod records operational data required Implement SMS standards continuously improve aspects waste minimization Report prod complaints adverse drug reactions SOP requirements Other tasks temporarily assigned department manager supervisors
