Reports to (title): Group Key Account Manager

职位目标 :

依据公司政策及零售策略,负责所辖客户零售市场的开发、维护与管理,管理所辖区域内客户销售策略的有效执行。保证客户货源的正常供应和良性的市场销售状况,持续提高改善产品在客户的市场呈现与影响,建立起有助于生意成长的业务模式,完成公司既定的各项业务目标。

主要工作职责 :

负责所辖连锁客户的开发、维护与管理。包括提高市场份额、品牌渗透、新品分销与成长、价值链维护、销售渠道归拢、市场活动执行、销售数据分析、市场信息收集与反馈。 维护连锁客户良好的客户关系,建立并定期客户档案,投资费用控制、促销评估、各公司在零售客户的销售份额。定期与重点客户的业务部门进行业务回顾。 制定客户中短期的各产品生意预测,与商业团队密切配合,确保产品供应的满足,并及时沟通及反馈产品供应问题,分析生意预测偏差的原因并做出针对性的调整方案,提高生意掌控能力。 跟进管理客户进、销、存数据,定期监控数据匹配度,确保客户生意的良性运转,并从中分析挖掘市场机会,形成跟进行动方案。 与渠道营销及终端执行团队保持密切沟通,确保各项计划在所辖客户终端市场的实施,包括产品渗透、价值链、促销活动、陈列、新品铺货、培训、问题解决等。 与大型权重连锁客户的各分部销售负责人密切沟通,推动销售策略及活动的落地执行,督促直供客户按协议约定完成采购,订单,发货、回款任务。

责任范围 :

间接下属人数:

销售部,所辖区域零售渠道销售管理,包括重点零售客户、零售终端等。

在本辖区内进行协调和相关销售市场活动计划的制定和实施;

任职条件 :

大专或以上学历

两年以上的医药商业、零售销售经验,外资工作经验优先

了解商业、零售操作的相关法律和法规;

熟练使用OFFICE操作系统,特别是EXCEL

基本销售技能

良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力

业务管理与商业谈判能力

学习能力及自我管理能力

逻辑思维和市场分析能力
