- Liaising with check-in, transfer desk, and other relevant areas for smooth passenger acceptance
- Guiding arriving and departing passengers to different airport facilities
- Helping the Duty Officer with company materials and records
- Coordinating with the Ground Handling agent for efficient processing of passengers
- Ensuring passengers' smooth journey through the airport
- Supervising GHA staff to uphold service quality standards
- Organizing check-in counters and managing documentation matters
- High School Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant job experience, including at least 1 year in Airline/Travel Industry/Hospitality
- Strong communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and high energy to thrive in a demanding environment
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Great customer focus and service orientation
- Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Legal authorization to work in China
