- Define Regional (China) S&E Commercial Priorities
- Bring creative and appropriate deals to the global S&E team for China Commercial deals
- Lead the execution of finding activities and alignment with strategic priority targets oversee evaluation of partnerships at multiple levels (Triage, DD)
- Lead business growth by conducting S&E activities with a deal-type agnostic mindset beyond 'single asset deals' fostering creative thinking (portfolio swaps, co-commercialization deals, and acquisitions)
- Support structuring of transactions and negotiations as a member of the deal team (e.g. License deals, JV, divestments etc.)
- Foster collaboration throughout Novartis China organization to align regional commercial interests
- Reporting on company meetings to align with the broader S&G organization
