Our "Engineering Excellence" team members are acting as an inhouse-consultants to support our projects to reach an excellent engineering. We want to increase our engineering competence and for this reason we are searching for motivated and highly skilled team members. In the role of a PLM Business Analyst you are supporting and optimizing the Product Lifecycle Management processes and tools across the FORVIA group with strong focus on support of Faurecia Clarion Electronics in a compliant way. Thus, on one side you are coaching PLM users for product development processes and methods, as well as tools operation. On the other side you will also develop optimized solution based on user request with your expertise out of PLM scope.
- Your Tasks:
• Aggregate expert knowledge in the field of Product Lifecycle Management process and tools
• Conduct and plan user trainings that guarantee an efficient utilization of the product lifecycle management systems and processes
• Co-ordinate user authorization process
• Elaborate and maintain training materials and documentation, according to the guideline and best practice policy of the Hella Group
• Provide expert consultancy to the users and participate at problem resolution
• Co-ordinate the Key-user organization for Product Lifecycle Management
• Lead or participate global projects for system development or the new process roll-out
• Participate at testing of new system releases and support their implementation
• Collaborate with system responsible and YOUR QUALIFICATIONS - Your Qualifications:
- Technical
• Bachelor (or Master) of Engineering, Computer Science or in a similar field
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Being very familiar with, and interested in different IT tools, especially in the context of Product Development (preferred previous experience in the IT Tool Support or even PLM support)
• Basic Knowledge about Product Lifecycle Management / Product Data Management and experience in usage of such - systems
• Know-how about the product development process
• Experienced in PDM/PLM modules (Document, Material, BOM) (preferred)
• Experienced in product engineering change management (preferred)
- Soft Skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills, also in English language
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Strong team player
• Open-minded to international cooperation
• Experienced in implementing practical and sustainable solutions
- Tool/ Method Skills
• Product Lifecycle Management tools
• Microsoft office applications
